Adrian Hernandez

Adrian Hernandez has 15-years of experience as a multi-unit QSR operator and has personally consulted on starting small businesses across the US, Mexico, and Asia. He is a former trade ambassador for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and his previous brand has won local, regional, and state awards. Adrian sold his business in late 2019 to focus on his nonprofit and government service commitments.

Mr. Hernandez is the Chief Executive Officer of the nationally-recognized environmental nonprofit organization Keep Pearland Beautiful. During his time at the helm, he was directly responsible for expanding access to recycling services to more than 30 cities across a 13 county region including many rural communities. For his impacts, he is a recipient of the highly-competitive material management industry award, Waste360's 40-Under-40.

His government experience includes serving consecutive 3-years terms on city council and as Mayor Pro-Tem for Pearland, TX, the 3rd largest city in the Greater-Houston Metroplex. Prior to his time on council, Adrian was appointed to serve on the City of Pearland Parks, Recreation and Beautification Board.

Dietrich von Biedenfeld

Dietrich von Biedenfeld is an attorney, professor, and municipal judge. He has worked internationally in Japan, and led projects in Europe, Central America. Three decades of volunteering with Disabled American Veterans has allowed for the building of long-lasting relationships with national leaders and federal organizations. He has also developed multinational contacts serving as a delegate and representative to several international summits.

Local service includes more than a decade of volunteering with school districts to evaluate student projects, Life Memberships with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Brazoria County Fair Association, and various civic organizations.

His government experience includes serving five consecutive 2-years terms on city council and as Mayor Pro-Tem for West Columbia, Texas, the First Capital of the Republic of Texas. Additionally, Professor von Biedenfeld serves as Associate Municipal Judge for the City of West Columbia and has served two governors in statewide appointments.

For over 15 years, Rolando has been at the helm of productions for a variety of industries and diverse narratives that have spanned across the nation and around the world to include locations such as France, Italy, Sweden, the UK, and India. Under his direction, successful projects have been attributed to his careful evaluation of the client's communication strategy, surrounding himself with outstanding talent, quick problem-solving skills, and exceptional storytelling.

Rolando truly understands how to balance technical skills with the intangible nuances of the motion picture. He draws from his empathetic qualities and life experiences to lead his creative teams and connect with diverse audiences. Rolando believes that purpose-driven visuals, authenticity, and meaningful representation are key ingredients to exceptional outcomes for his clients and their stories.

David Hernandez

Safety and Process Improvement

David is a former Director of Safety with over 30 years of experience, primarily in the refinery/petrochemical industry. He has experience designing programs and processes for startups and Fortune 500 companies. He has train the trainer status over several safety topics, is a (OSHA) U.S Department of Labor Trainer and is a (CSHO) Certified Safety and Health Official from the Texas A&M University System (TEEX).
